B. Outdoor VCB panel up to 36KV

Metal clad design & VCB mounted on fixed/Drawout truck. No separate trolley for maintenance required. safe and easy Truck movement behind closed cubicle door.
Independent pad lockable shutter for bus and cable side, Automatic dropping ramp to facilitate truck removal.
Safe and easy lifting arrangement & type tested design as per IEC 60298, IS 3427 & IEC 60694 IS 12729 / IP 55. 12KV up to 40KA & 36KV up to 31.5KA
The outdoor panel is equipped with a Top slanted roof under which an additional internal ceiling is fixed, the external & internal ceiling are separated by a volume of air. This air plays a remarkable role in insulating the internal equipment of the Outdoor panel from the external heating sources. (Mainly due to sun radiations).
The outdoor panels are designed and fabricated using materials and equipment capable of withstanding harsh climatic and Operational conditions.
Dimensions for 12KV are 600/800mm (W) x 2300mm (H) x 1350/1750mm (D) & 36KV 1100 x 2500 x 2700mm.

It is Metal clad type & having totally type tested design up to 6300A 415V AC 50/60Hz.
It as per ICE 61439 Part – I & II and IS 8623 & IS 2147
Having type test certificates for 65KA 1 second and IP 43 for ACB feeder & IP 54/55 for MCC and others.
The LV switchboards are designed in fixed and Drawout both type where the MCC are up to 4000A and PCC are up to 6300A.
It can be delivered in two different way of structures, one is our owned symatic design having wide cable alley & vertical bus chamber and another one compact design of SIEPAN 8PU under technical collaboration & guidelines of Siemens Ld.
