Every Symatic order starts in engineering. Single-line diagrams, schematic drawings, GA, BoM and configurable software for numerical relays and PLCs are reviewed and approved before manufacturing begins. The result is panels that arrive at site ready to commission — with documentation that matches what is actually inside the cubicle.

Sheet-metal fabrication, pre-treatment and powder coating, busbar processing, panel assembly and routine testing — all under one roof in Mahape.
CNC Sheet-Metal Fabrication
Modular bolted construction with CNC turret-press and shearing for repeat accuracy and aesthetic finish.
Pre-Treatment & Powder Coating
In-house seven-tank pre-treatment and powder-coating line for durable, RAL-matched surface finish.
Busbar Processing
Dedicated copper-busbar bending, punching and insulation shop with controlled torque assembly.
Panel Assembly
Bay-wise assembly cells with kitted hardware, schematics at the workbench and traceable component build.
Routine Testing
HV, IR, primary & secondary injection, mechanical operation and continuity tests as per IEC routines.
Despatch & FAT
Customer FAT bays for witnessed acceptance and protected packing for road, rail and sea movement.
