A. SYMATICPlus Air Insulated Compact Metal Clad Switchgears up to 12KV with Vacuum Circuit Breaker on Withdrawable Truck

• Earthed Metallic Partitions & Shutters
• Compact Metal clad design & type tested as per IEC 60298, IS 3427 & IEC 60694 IS 12729 & IEC 62271-200
• VCB mounted on a Drawout truck
• Siemens VCB having imported Siemens vacuum interrupter with high reliability
• All operations including rack in & rack out and mechanical on/off are possible with door closed
• Dimensions: 600mm (W) x 2300mm (H) x 1350mm (D)

B. Outdoor VCB Panel up to 36KV

• Metal clad design & VCB mounted on fixed/Drawout truck. No separate trolley for maintenance required. Safe and easy truck movement behind closed cubicle door.
• Independent pad lockable shutter for bus and cable side, automatic dropping ramp to facilitate truck removal
• Safe and easy lifting arrangement & type tested as per IEC 60298, IS 3427 & IEC 60694 IS 12729 / IP 55. 12KV up to 40KA & 36KV up to 31.5KA
• Top slanted roof with additional internal ceiling separated by air volume for thermal insulation from external heating sources
• Designed and fabricated using materials capable of withstanding harsh climatic and operational conditions
• Dimensions: 12KV — 600/800mm (W) x 2300mm (H) x 1350/1750mm (D) & 36KV — 1100 x 2500 x 2700mm

• Metal clad type, type tested up to 6300A 415V AC 50/60Hz
• Type test certificates for 65KA 1 sec and 50KA 3 sec
• Totally insulated live parts with excellent heat dissipation
