» MS Fabrication

  • Traditionally, MS fabrication is considered a low tech task in industry. However with the concept of modular switchboards with bolted construction, the repeat accuracy in MS manufacturing has become of significant importance, added by demands on aesthetics and finish.
    SYMATIC has set up state-of-the-art fabrication facility with CNC machines. The machines are supported by good material handling equipments.



» Ms Pre-Treatment & Surface Treatment

  • With stringent demands on aesthetics, finish and durability of surface coats, there is a strong focus on Quality and reliability of pre-treatment and powder coating / plating.
    This can be achieved only with good equipment, with proven processes executed with precision controls on the shop-floors.

Goodness of busbars lies in purity of its material, maintenance of its cross section after bending operations, bur-free/ flat-and-smooth contact surfaces, accurate busbars fabrication leading to stress free assemblies.
